Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Strategic Leadership and Open Innovation practices in the Caspian Tamin, Behvarzan and Sobhan Darou. The aim of this study in terms of functional and descriptive-survey is. The study sample consisted of all three companies, pharmaceutical Caspian Tamin, Behvarzan and Sobhan Darou, which numbers 64 people. Due to the limited sample size of the study population was selected by counting a total of 64 people. Data were collected by questionnaire and Open Innovation are Strategic Leadership behaviors. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's 0/84 and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity. Data using the Pearson correlation test software SPSS21 and structural equation modeling (SEM) software AMOS22 were analyzed. The results showed that the behavior of Strategic Leadership and innovation open and there is a significant positive relationship. So it can be concluded that by improving Strategic Leadership behaviors of innovation in high-tech companies will rise.
