Abstract

This article is the outcome of the MA dissertation the aim of which is to determine the role of BLOOD GROUPS on the PERFORMANCE of the personnel of Tabriz Justice Administration, because identifying that part of the human characteristics that affects his PERFORMANCE, especially the genetic factors with which the individual joins the organization can partly help the organization to select the proper person to assign tasks to him in order to realize the organizational goals. In order to do the research, we selected 200 perple from among the personnel by using random classified method and distributed among them the PERFORMANCE measurement questionnaire, which had been designed at Likert Scale so that we could measure the relationship between his blood group and the PERFORMANCE of the personnel through the use of Survey- descriptive method. To test the research hypotheses, too, we used oneway variance analysis and Scheffes post hoc test, and we were able to find a significant correlation between the personneis BLOOD GROUPS and their PERFORMANCE.
