Abstract

In this study with the title of "Search the CULTURE and CIVILIZATION of IRAN and BYZANTINE at SASSANID era and mutual effect of to Empires" it has been tried to present explanations about the interactions between the two empires and their influence on each other, and an investigation into the remains from these two empires has been conducted.Objectives: to study the cultural relations between SASSANID Empire and BYZANTINE Empire in the SASSANID era and the effects of both empires on one another.Methodology: descriptive, explanatory, analyticalGeneral result: these two empires had different excuses to commit aggressions against each other. SASSANID-Byzantine Wars were undoubtedly the main reason which affected the political, social, ARTistic, and cultural relations between the two countries. Through all these relations and wars, IRAN in SASSANID era, borrowed all that was necessary for the development of its CULTURE and CIVILIZATION from BYZANTINE and affected their CULTURE in return.
