Abstract

GLOBALIZATION is about unity of global in different political, economic, cultural and communication dimension and eliminating artificial and contractive boundaries. In this sense, social changes goes from local manner to global manner, and the fact of all parts of earth coin through networks and related interconnections and mutual economic, political and cultural relations beyond boundaries. GLOBALIZATION, is an expanding process in economic, social, and cultural area, which changes political, natural and cultural boundaries. With using communication and information technology, even with personal computers, connected in together global, village. Capital, manpower, raw materials, products, thinking and ideas, culture, etc. speedily spreader between societies. Classic component of GLOBALIZATION can be studied in three economic, cultural- sociological and political dimensions. GLOBALIZATION to considerable extent reinforced capitalism status as a dominant structure in modern history. The growth of infra scope sphere facilitate expanding surplus saving in consumption sector, financial supports, information, and communication.Opposing to GLOBALIZATION, PERIPHERAL COUNTRIES encounter with three choise: neoliberalism, radicalism, and reformism. For developing in global social condition, we need new components such as; SOCIAL CAPITAL, PARTICIPATION DEMOCRACY, EMPOWERMENT, cutting forms of dependence, path to speedy industrialization, exit from vicious circle of new global order, good governing and reducing heavily plutocracy. This article discuss these components.
