Abstract

In present research we have studied the differences of children's values between urban and rural areas of Semirom County.Child's value can define as a series of good and useful stuff or any benefit from children that parents received and is a sociology (for example when affects on education) and demography (for example when affects on fertility) research topic.The research method is survey, tool of data gathering is questionnaire and the statistical society of research is 14547 urban and rural HOUSEHOLDs that we selected a sample equal to 392 by using systematic sampling.In this research we tested 8 hypothesis and we used correlation, T student and ANOVA test.The result showed that children's values are not equal in urban and rural areas and some variables like economic security, financial values of child, achieving identity by child, generation continuing, physical trouble and SEX PREFERENCEs are effective on children's values.
