Abstract

Current research was performed to survey the effect of working women work difficulty on MARRIED SATISFACTION and CHILDREN's BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS. Three questionnaires as CHILDREN's BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS, work difficulty and MARRIED SATISFACTION inventory were completed by 100 working women with CHILDREN in day-care centers located at Markazi province and results showed that working women work difficulty was not the predictor of married relationships; Also, while work difficulty can only and positively predicate CHILDREN's aggression, it can be negatively predicated CHILDREN's aggression, withdrawal and anxiety in according to satisfaction in married relationships.
