Abstract

Lack of attention to QUALITY OF BUSINESS LIFE is one of the most important management deficients. This can decline organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The main goal of this study is presentation of Structural Model of Knowledge Management based on the QUALITY OF BUSINESS LIFE of NAJA’s General Health Department Personnel. The research method in this study is applicative and in methods of data collecting is descriptive from kind of solidarity. Statistical society in this study includes general health department personnel. The number of 207 members has been selected by the method of simple random sampling. In this study, questionnaire of Salis& Jones knowledge management and questionnaire of Walton QUALITY OF BUSINESS LIFE were instruments to use. Result in this research indicated that QUALITY OF BUSINESS LIFE variable is effective in knowledge management and the factor of ruling law in an organization has the most influential impact on the knowledge management.
