Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the relationship and effect of LAW "for" the "social order" has been set up with basic rules of proper SOCIAL ORDER and the knowledge of the relationship of the most important factors of SOCIAL ORDER to understand. The Delphi survey technique was used to utilizes data from three surveys, the experts in this field has been collected. The sample used in this study included 55 patients of order and security experts with PhD degree with at least twenty years of experience, based in Tehran. Based on survey results, the most appropriate indicators of impact on, public trust, institutionalized rules and social norms, social effectiveness and SOCIAL ORDER have the same faith and beliefs. The appropriate legal measures in order to guarantee a strong executive power, ACCOUNTABILITY, public interests, ensuring applicability of JUSTICE and SOCIAL ORDER have the greatest impact on the component.
