Abstract

Since very old time, the CRISIS and the question to how deal with them has been one of the most preoccupied matters of mankind and his life. Almost all the states men and those who have been in charge with the heading of the states and the people across the world and during the long centuries of the history of civilized man, they would have been engaged with the horrible events such as the earthquake, flood, and even the man made DISASTERs such as the fire accidents, wars and bloody human clashes. So they would be always aware of the very important effects of the CRISIS and the importance of the ways to deal with and resolve them. This paper is going to introduce a new approach for dealing the CRISIS, be adequate to the new and modem aspects of human life and to be distinguished with the traditional TYPOLOGY of CRISIS and so, it classifies the CRISIS in four types of conventional, unexpected, intractable and fundamental CRISIS.The article emphasizes particularly on fundamental CRISIS, as the most complex and difficult CRISIS to be dealt with, caused by modem human being life, and to be brought as a new phenomena in TYPOLOGY of CRISIS. To be mentioned that this article, derived from academic researches and newly presented sources, describes the four major types of CRISIS, corresponding as well to our national developments in this field. To do this, it proposes the ways of reducing and minimizing the potential damages ofthe CRISIS and even to prevent them to be occurred.
