Abstract

The CONFIDENCE is considered as one of the social phenomena that have been discussed in social ORDER area from view point of sociology. The CONFIDENCE is assumed to be one of the main factors of social capital that compels the responsible authorities and politicians to take basic steps in ORDER to increase social capital and set up ORDER in the society.The police as an executive organization in society whose aim is setting up ORDER and security has needed the public trust to maintain security and ORDER in society in direction of controlling on public life forms. To having trust in police stations and posts as the principal subject of the essay has been considered from view point of responsible authorities and police stations commanders. In this writing the effective factors on increasing public trust in police stations and posts are identified in indexes such as: 1) Public favored social behavior. 2) Marinating the occupational personality and status during performance of duty. 3) Giving help and giving generosity. 4) Enforcement of law and administration of justice. 5) Binding to religious obligations. 6) Management in behavior. 7) Honesty and 8) Effective effort. The key point and main history of research in summing up the final schedule, the effective factors on public trust in function of police stations and posts from view point of best parts (responsible authorities and commanders of police stations) have been considered that indicate the effective factors on increasing public trust in police stations and posts in hidden in this key point that is (to observe principles of social, religious, legal and moral values in direction of public service). So, if it has been observed, it will make increasing public trust in police stations and posts. Observing this principle is a chief aim for the police to maintain and set up ORDER and security in society.
