Abstract

Introduction: Research has shown that without public participation, PREVENTION of addiction is not possible. The purpose of this study, is Investigate of BASIJ roles on MAKING CULTURE and PREVENTION of abuse substance. Method: the research method here is descriptive-analytical. The Sample consists of 5005 people that have been selected in a multi-stage cluster from members and non members of the BASIJ across the country. Results: Results of samples, necessary to mobilize the participation of 32.5 percent a high or very high. People's willingness to work 39.2 percent. Rate of preparation is 48 percent and level of readiness base BASIJ is 44 percent.40 percent of People know Weaknesses in legal protections as the main obstacle, .44 percent of People know The most important success factor in the extent of militia in all parts of the country. Discussion: One of the effective policies on MAKING CULTURE and the PREVENTION of DRUG ABUSE, spread of non-governmental organizations and public participation, In this regard, BASIJ can with supportive legislation, proper planning, training and deployment of information and employing experts needed act on MAKING CULTURE and the PREVENTION of DRUG ABUSE.
