Abstract

The organization of the present time are trying to use the management tools, to keep the changes of their environment growing. And for this reason, their tendency toward the STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, as one of the ways forward, to rise. They are so lucky to STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, as one of the ways forward, to rise. For the successful implementation of strategic plans shoud overcome their obstacles. To overcome these obstacles, the relationship between them and how their influence on each other shoud be well known.this research that, have been on the electrical industry, According to the history and literature of research, from fully applying the experts, several barriers were identified, that they were classified into six groups. Through the distribution of questionnaires to assess barriers to the implementation of STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT in the industry. Therefore the aim of the present study is, application, and of the method of data collection, descriptive/survey.The study population consisted of senior and middle managers. And cluster random sampling has been done. In the questionnaire analysis, structural equations modeling included of confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis and softwares SPSS and LISREL is used.According to results test, the sample, Six groups, communication barriers, human barriers, organizational barriers, Content Program barriers, cultural barriers and enterprise resources barriers, Respectively, and the maximum amount available in some of the barriers are in the power industry. The inhibition of these barriers can be reduced probability of failure in the implementation of strategic decisions.
