Abstract

This study aimed to formulate strategies for improving the EFFICIENCY and effectiveness of Basij in universities. The study of documents Upstream, review Previous researches and the comparative comparison of similar organizations (inside and outside of the country and using from experts comments based descriptive and survey methods, they are some of the steps for performing this research. Extraction and analysis of factors and environmental variables has been performed by using the David model (SWOT). Then fit the current situation analysis, was determined strategic orientation. According to this orientation, we were estimated 21 strategies. Then, after combining and prioritizing them based on competence, expertise and a strategic planning matrix (QSPM), we have been set out ten prioritized strategies. Our statistical society consisted from the hundred people of experts. The results show that the current strategic orientation of Basij in universities in ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS indicated that the weaknesses overcome on the strengths and in the external environment, the utilization from opportunities overcome on the external threats. In order to transfer the strategic orientation from the status quo to desired status (using from internal strengths and external opportunities), we are developed and presented some effective strategies.
