Abstract

One of the new topics of jurisprudence and legal matter is the GENDER CHANGE that it is made possible by modern surgery as a result of which the person’s GENDER CHANGEs from male to female or vice versa. It drives a lot of legal questions and legal issues, including the issues of MARRIAGE’s fate after the GENDER CHANGE.If a husband or wife each one separately changes gender or they do this action at the same time or asynchronous, then marital status will be ambigious.In this paper, various status of the impact of GENDER CHANGE on MARRIAGE with considering the Shia jurists have been studied.
