Abstract

Consideration of the principle of body ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION and the achievement of the new methods of the ORGAN PRESERVATION for transplantation has led to the emergence of a new research question. Given the principle of ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION is permitted, can this permission allow for the prior preservation of organs to facilitate the operation of transplantation? The current study is intended to carefully clarify and investigate the reasons of the ban on the preservation of the body organs such as the traditions and the unwholesome consequences of ORGAN PRESERVATION. Likewise, the paper tries to analyze the opposite views and assess the applicability of the relevant reasoning. Moreover, the study is an attempt to investigate the reasons for ORGAN PRESERVATION derived from the principle of ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION and their compatibility. The present study is, therefore, a jurisprudential attempt to deduce the permission order of body ORGAN PRESERVATION. The emergence of the special conditions and the possible methods of ORGAN PRESERVATION have resulted in a new research question. This study claims that, in some special conditions, the permission for and the legitimacy of the preservation of body organs for transplantation is highly supported by jurisprudential reasoning. This permission can, in turn, contribute a lot to save the lives of the patients in need of body organs.
