Abstract

 Purpose of this research is to survey effect of administrative system policy’s dimensions in the area of human resource on the retention of knowledge-based employees in the framework of HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM in IRAN. It is descriptive- correlation research which has conducted in a survey way. In terms of object it is practical. Population of the research are heads and deputies of science ministry’s universities and Azad universities of Tehran and by using Kerjsi & Morgan’s table 217 of them were selected as sample. Tools to collect data were questionnaire and collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings of the research show that administrative system policy’s dimensions in the area of human resource have positive effect on retention of knowledge-based employees in the framework of HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM.
