Abstract

This Study has performed in order to clarify the role of government in SOCIAL CAPITAL promoting in THE 20-YEARS HORIZON PERSPECTIVE. In addition to emphasize on strategic management and the necessity of long-term plans collection for country’s affairs administration, it brings up some part of document perspective properties that are in order to the importance of SOCIAL CAPITAL promotion. On the other hand, it has presented the concept of SOCIAL CAPITAL in four dimensions of cultural, political, social and economic, and since all the system elements should follow the 20-years perspective policies and goals, this study has introduced the policies which are in order to SOCIAL CAPITAL promotion in four dimensions of cultural, political, social and economic. Also it has explained indices and elements of SOCIAL CAPITAL with research analytic model and implied the necessity of planning for SOCIAL CAPITAL development to obtain the document perspective goals.
