Abstract

Introduction and purpose: In recent decades, organizing analysis of DAMAGED AREA rural zones due to utilization of internal capacities in development planning has been the subject of scientific and practical studies and the key stage of restoration of this old rural DAMAGED AREA is formulation the procedure and taking appropriate approach in renovation and restoration. This research purpose is examined and study about necessity of formulate of appropriate model for renovation and restoration of worn and old rural areas to achieve sustainable development.Methodology: In this research for making intervention pattern and approach at rural DAMAGED AREA and old zones border, after analyzing and recognizing present situation of case study limited area by using of Cochran formula 324 questionnaire was filled and The analysis was performed through the SWOT MATRIX, position of the limited area at Internal and external matrix is determined.Conclusion: Data analysis showed that the case study limited area was in competitive situations at nine box matrix. Then a set of criteria and indicators Evaluated with DELPHI TECHNIQUE and participatory mass building achieved the highest score.
