Abstract

Introduction and Objective: Acquaintance of the content of CULTURAL POLICIES and programs in other countries in order to correct decisions is necessary to promote and preserve the culture. Today, cultural management regardless of other countries' CULTURAL POLICIES and its impact on indigenous culture and ignoring environmental conditions not strategic approach and never can access to ultimate goal of cultural from this way. Purpose of this study, is refers to the cultural similarities overlapping and IRAN and ITALY, both of which have several thousand years of history and cultural background.Method: Method of this research is "content analysis". Recording unit for content analysis is Topics and Objectives; and for lexical analysis, is the word. For recording, comparing and evaluating data for this research was used checklist tool. All documents related to the TOURISM and CULTURAL POLICIES in IRAN and ITALY as the Population of this research collected by study in the library documents.Results: generally, by looking at the overall Policies of the IRANian culture and the Italian is determined that IRAN has five general objectives of cultural policy that totally, 25 general practices and 7 practical means to achieve them are anticipated; and ITALY has six general objectives of cultural policy that totally, 38 general practices and 23 practical means to achieve them are anticipated. In this study, four basins content of CULTURAL POLICIES, CULTURAL INDUSTRIES, TOURISM and the arts in general and practical approaches are compared.Conclusions: The results indicate that IRAN and ITALY in four basins content of CULTURAL POLICIES, CULTURAL INDUSTRIES, TOURISM and arts and the principles and policies are generally high overlap and In practical guidelines field have very different and in many cases, the similarity of these two in these areas is average and below average.
