Abstract

Making wealth from making science is the new paradigm of higher education. Achieving this, cause to redefine university: ENTREPRENEUR UNIVERSITY. Christensen (1995) taked university entrepreneurship, structure transformation in university and believe that ENTREPRENEUR UNIVERSITY mean university approach to a learning organization: learning and teaching character.Higher education especially in our country universities were not far from to ENTREPRENEUR UNIVERSITY, same in Islamic Azad University. Developing INCUBATORS and ENTREPRENEUR CENTERS in universities has been important, that is one of the substructures of university promotion to business and makes money.This study with new approach on ENTREPRENEUR UNIVERSITY based on scientific methodology, has studied the effect of development of INCUBATORS and ENTREPRENEUR CENTERS on promotion of Islamic Azad University. This research proves first the effectiveness of analyzed factors on developing INCUBATORS, second Islamic Azad University must consider to new paradigms for promotion. Also, the results prove that the priority of effective factors for developing INCUBATORS and entrepreneurship centers are different.
