Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to present an entrepreneurship education training model in Growth Centers of Mazandaran Islamic Azad University. The purpose of this study was to investigate the descriptive method. The statistical population consisted of all 307 university heads and colleges, deputies and directors of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran. According to the Cochran formula, 172 people were randomly selected using random sampling method. Classes were selected as samples. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with 105 questions and 4 dimensions: content, structure, context, and process, and 9 components of "relationships and relationships, organization technology, culture, human resources, infrastructure, services and Support, outsourcing, strategy and work processes ". The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0. 86. To analyze the data, structural equation test was used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Entrepreneurship Development Training in Growth Centers with content, structure, background and process dimensions. Also, training on entrepreneurship development in Growth Centers with content dimensions with a gain of 0. 84 is most relevant and the proposed model also has appropriate fit.
