Abstract

In the many of cities the Old texture is wearing and useless. This texture cannot provide suitable services to residential people interfere this texture Can cause social anomalies. As a result medium and high classes of people remove from there to modern part of cities and the district will be the place of poor people concentration. In this condition, social anomalies increase in the effete texture of cities. This main of this paper is consideration of above mentioned hypothesis in effete texture of khorramabad. the Old texture in the khorramabad city is very worn out and mass crime. if them not upgrade this could place for diversion of Social anomaly. Mentioned data are collected through observation, interview and filling questionnaire. Sample society of study was the 400 household of district dwellers. Collected data are analysis based on discretional and conceptual statistics, SPSS software. Finding shows in spite of existing valuable cultural heritage in the district, high social and economic classes of people leave there and the concentration of poor people increase Insecurity in the area.
