Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for strategic parenting in Iran Khodro. The following objects are considered:to recognize the specifications of strategic HOLDING-parenting style in the world;A- to determine the existing situation of Iran Khodro Group from HOLDING–parenting style point of view; and to present a suitable model for the Iran Khodro strategic PARENTING STYLE.Most existing research employs a descriptive measurement. Library studying, semi-structured verbal interviews, and two ascertained questionnaires were used for the present research. Thirty literature review reveals three distinguished characteristics of the strategic HOLDING-parenting style.Semi-structured interviews were done for 13 persons in order to understand the present situation of Iran Khodro Industrial Group and to compare in with the characteristics depicted in the literature. The results indicate that six characteristics are considered in Iran Khodro. A first questionnaire was prepared to understand the conceptual framework of model and the proposed duties; as a result, 16 duties were determined approved by experts. A second questionnaire was prepared to ensure the suitability of the proposed model; university professors' opinions were polled in the HOLDING office. To analyze the data from the questionnaires, descriptive and deductive statistics such as figure supposition, multi-variable statistical analyzing, abundance calculation, percentage, cause analyzing, supposition, multi-variable statistical analyzing, abundance calculation, percentage, cause analyzing, and MPL were utilized.
