Abstract

 In this Paper, Using LEAN THINKING Concepts have been addressed in service industries. To do it, in addition to laying on the literature, some real observations have been used. According to them and SYSTEMS THINKING shifting the burden archetype, the root waste constructs have been developed.Finally, by using the sorting multi attribute processor (ELECTRE TRI), The holistic model for WORLD CLASS SERVICE assessment was introduced.
