Title

The comparison of the effectiveness of mindfulness and aerobic exercise training on increasing the resilience of women (20-40) in 2016 in Esfahan

Abstract

 The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness and aerobic exercise training on increasing the resilience of women 02-02 years old in 0202 in Esfahan. The research method was quasi-experiment al (pre test-post test), the statistical population included women of 20-40 years old in Esfahan city, and the convernience sampling method was used. The number of samples was 45 patients ( 15patient in aerobic exercise experimental group, 15 patients in mindfulness experimental group and (15 patients in control group). A pretest was administered and the first and second experimental groups were treated under the team experiences and after ending of these sessions, 3 groups had a post-test. The research instrument was Conner and Davidson resilience questionnaire thich is valid and reliable. Finally, data were analyzed using spass software. Data were analyzed in two descriptive levels (average and standard deviation ) and Infernal statistics (Covariance analysis and LSD Post hoc). The results showed that mindfulness training has an impact on increasing the resilience of women. (p<0. 001), aerobic exercise training has an impact on increasing the resilience of women. (p <0. 001) And also the findings indicated that there is a significant difference between the effect of aerobic exercise and mindfulness training on woman resiliency. resilience in the control group was less than the aerobic and mindfulness training groups, and in mindfulness group it was less than aerobic exercise group. (p <0. 001).
