Abstract

The aim of this research, Explanation of STRATEGIC POSITION and presentation of development strategy in SPORT for all in Iran. This descriptive study is a survey. The study sample consisted of 70 administrators SPORT Federation, chairmen of committees and associations SPORT Federation, heads of delegations and members of the Steering Council of the Federation of SPORT. The present study used a questionnaire that consisted of inner and outer buoy-related factors (consisting of 40 questions ranked on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to SPORT for all in Iran) are. Its validity was confirmed by several professors and specialists authority, and its reliability verified according to Cronbach’s alpha method (a = 0.887). For data analysis, in addition to descriptive indicators, compared test and Friedman test, as well as internal and external evaluation of the matrix, was used. The results showed that this exercise on the coordinates of SWOT in terms of internal factors in the region's strengths and the external factors of the area of opportunity lies. Based on this strategy of "aggressive and development "has been recommended for the development of mass SPORTs. Moreover, appropriate context is provided of strengthening the culture of SPORT in the country, Increase active participation and cooperation of organizations, Realization Purposes of SPORT and national capacities in order to use all of the SPORT's development.
