Abstract

This research is done to study the social WEBLOGger's acquaintance with the LAWs and CRIMES. Data collection method is descriptive or survey method and its aims are applied method. the population is all the 10000 social web loggers in Persian log and Blogfa. Its sampling is about 400 WEBLOGgers. The research has used questionnaires with Likert range for data collection and analyzed through SPSS software. The research findings showed that most bloggers use it in order to provide the latest news and reports. They also said that they are not familiar with LAWs and CYBER crime. the respondents also reiterated that can not apply the LAWs and rules due to the fact of lack of familiarity with them.
