Abstract

 Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate perception of equity among METRO OPERATORS in Tehran and to find related factors among them.Method: In this study, 100 METRO OPERATORS were selected through available sampling. For this purpose, Arjmandnia EQUITY PERCEPTION Questionnaire (AEPQ, 2009) was applied. Results: Results of the study showed a significant relationship between EQUITY PERCEPTION and age of METRO OPERATORS. However, in total, perception of equity was low among METRO OPERATORS.Conclusion: Perception of equity can affect job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to perception of equity especially among young operators.
