Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to identify relationship between FAMILY FUNCTION, SPIRITUALITY and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.Method: Statical society include employees of, ISLAMIC AZAD University, SHABESTAR Branch. A sample of 120 employees including 95 male employee and 25 female participated in this study and answered. Family Assessment Device, SPIRITUALITY Components Questionnaire and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT Questionnaire were used. Regression and Pearson s coefficient correlation Tests were applied to analyze data.Results: The results showed there were significant relationship between SPIRITUALITY and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. There were also significant relationships between emotional responsiveness, relation in family and behavior control with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. There were significant interaction between FAMILY FUNCTION and a sub scale of SPIRITUALITY as pantheism with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.Conclusion: Interaction between FAMILY FUNCTION and SPIRITUALITY can predict ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.
