Abstract

This paper is to answer the following problems: In the view of Islam- as a system-, what are the managerial critical success factors? Why are they Significant and important? How to explain them theoretically? At the first step, based on Literature Review, characteristics of CRITICAL SUCCESS SUBSYSTEMS (CSS) are explained. These are five necessities of being a critical success factor (CSF) in a system. In other words, regarding system view some of subsystems have significant roles in succeeding system to attain its goals. At the second step, this paper seeks Islam CRITICAL SUCCESS SUBSYSTEMS (CSS). So the school of Islam is consumed as a system. Referring to opinions Ahlulbait (A.S)- nine factors were identified as Islam’s CRITICAL SUCCESS SUBSYSTEMS. Also Based on managerial views and Ahlulbait statements, each of these nine factors are explained practically.
