Abstract: 

This paper is to answer the following problems: In the view of Islam- as a system-, what are the managerial critical success factors? Why are they Significant and important? How to explain them theoretically? At the first step, based on Literature Review, characteristics of critical success subsystems (CSS) are explained. These are five necessities of being a critical success factor (CSF) in a system. In other words, regarding system view some of subsystems have significant roles in succeeding system to attain its goals. At the second step, this paper seeks Islam critical success subsystems (CSS). So the school of Islam is consumed as a system. Referring to opinions Ahlulbait (A.S)- nine factors were identified as Islam’s Critical Success Subsystems. Also Based on managerial views and Ahlulbait statements, each of these nine factors are explained practically.

Abstract: 

In recent years, research on perceptions of organizational politics because of its devastating effects on job satisfaction, job performance, effectiveness, productivity and… has been considered by researchers in the field of organizational behavior. In this study the influence of personal, job and organizational factors on understanding of organizational politics is investigated. Statistical Population consists of managers and employees in water industry that have been selected using cortical (quota) sampling sampling. To collect data the standardized questionnaires were used from a five- point Likert scale questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by content and construct validity and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficients for each of the variables. For the analysis of research data by Structural equation modeling and path analysis Lisrel and Smartpls was used. The results showed that among the organizational factors, centralization had positive impact, procedural justice and participation in decision making had a negative impact on perceptions of organizational politics. All job factors (autonomy, feedback, skill variety, and communication (interaction) with manager) had a negative impact on perceptions of organizational politics. among the Personal factors only Machiavellian had a positive effect on perception of politics and assumptions concerning the positive effect of locus of control and self-monitoring on understanding of politics were not approved.

Abstract: 

Presenteeism phenomenon is one of the common problems in contemporary organizations. It is defined as non-effective presence of employee at workplace because of illness and long working hours. Organizations inattention to presenteeism phenomenon would be a significant sign of low importance toward the employees’ health. Previous studies indicate this fact that presenteeism phenomenon has significant effect on productivity. This study aimed to identify the outcomes of the presenteeism phenomenon among hospital Namazi staffs and nurses in Shiraz City. This study conducted using qualitative methods (Grounded theory) by semi-structured interviews with fourteen personnel and nurses at Namazi Hospital of Shiraz. They were selected using the snowball method. In order to analyz collected data, open, axial and selective has been used. Based on the results of this study, the outcomes of presenteeism phenomenon identifies and classifies three levels of personal, organizational and societies and eventually presents solutions to dealing with the aforementioned outcomes.

Abstract: 

Today, knowledge is regarded as the capital and its management become increasingly important. Knowledge management is a systematic approach to manage the creation, distribution and use of knowledge in an organization, In order to make the organization more capable of improving the quality of services, which can prevent in many cases the confusion, the frequent repetition of a mistake and to avoid increased damages and cost. Knowledge management is considered as a powerful tool to achieve competitive advantage, Experience has shown that its application in organizations have many advantages, But the issue before the implementation of knowledge management projects is Determine the terms of organizational readiness for project. This study intends to examine the state of readiness of the organization for establishment knowledge management. The assessment Model of Knowledge Management, Asian Productivity Organization (APO) were used in this study. Results showed that knowledge management maturity level in this company is in The lowest level, "response", it means that the compony are not aware of what the Knowledge Management is, and the importance of that in improving the productivity and competitiveness.

Abstract: 

Public organizations have played essential role in satisfying the needs of public so the effectiveness of these organizations depends to some extent on the satisfaction of their customers. The aim of this paper is measurement the extent of customer satisfaction from the quality of services of public organizations. The society of this paper is the public organizations of Zanjan province and the time period of this research is between 1383-1393. This research is a applicable research and the sample of research is 69571 customers of 320 public organizations. The results show that the satisfaction from the behavior of employees has the highest rank and the satisfaction of the process of informing the customers has the lowest rank. The extent of trust to public organizations and satisfaction from physical facilities have the average rank. Expect of 1383 and 1392, in the other years of the period of research, the customers satisfaction from the quality of services had upward trend.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is studying the influence of cybernetics management on organizational trust through investigating the interactive role of sense of justice. Cybernetics management seems to be one of the influential factors contributing to organizational trust. Furthermore, the influence of Cybernetics management on organizational trust is determined, and it seems that the intervening variable "sense of justice" affects the existing link between two following variables "Cybernetics management" and "trust". In this research, the Education Organization of Fars province is considered as Population, and the questionnaire is designed on the basis of indexes. Then it was distributed among the sample consisting of 250 subjects. Moreover, for investigating the aspects of variables, the Factor and Confirmatory Analysis was applied. Also, testing the hypothesis was done on the basis of Path Analysis as well as Structural Equation Model. Findings suggests that Cybernetics management directly exacts its influence on sense of justice as well as organizational trust. Furthermore, its indirect influence by using modified variable "sense of justice" was confirmed.

Abstract: 

Entrepreneurial decisions are one of the main factors contributing to their capability in bringing about innovation and creating value. A lot of researches have concluded that entrepreneurs do not necessarily follow rational decision making processes and are prone to decision making biases which have various effects on their enterprises. Escalation of commitment is one of the main biases among human beings as well as entrepreneurs, making them stick to their decisions and sealing the fate of their enterprises. This paper tends to study the main factors contributing to the genesis of escalation of commitment in entrepreneurs by a qualitative study and using grounded theory. According to our findings based on 22 interviews with Iranian techno-entrepreneurs, feeling responsibility and the need to save face as causal conditions, environmental pressures, limitations and complexity as intervening, and confidence, self efficacy, risk taking, optimism and experience as contextual are the main factoring leading to escalation of commitment bias among entrepreneurs. This bias makes the entrepreneur allocate more resources to his (her) decisions and leading to either failure or success (in fulfilling his or her decisions).
