Abstract

With respect to less distributed population per square K.M.2 relatively with a dominated type of Economical activities mainly based on agriculture during the past in RURAL AREAs has already been changed and unbalanced activities in various periods of history from past to present. Therefore, present research is aimed to consider, RURAL ACTIVITIES on agricultural land use mainly annual & permanent cultivation and their effects, on Rural SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT of Central District of Jahrom County. The results showed clearly, the role of RURAL ACTIVITIES on different varieties of Citrus & Dates cultivation is considerably more than any other RURAL ACTIVITIES in both years (1360-80). These two agricultural crops have been able to devote utmost lands under cultivation with highest Role & effects on Rural SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT of Central District of Jahrom. Another results of this Research Showed clearly, TRANSPORTATION & Roads Extension have had also very important role on Rural SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT in Research area too, Where as, considerably of Rural Population & Settlements are concentrated along of Roads. Obviously, some obstacles & Problems, Like Shortages of water for Irrigation must also be under consideration for Rural SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT of Jahrom County.
