Population growth and agricultural technology, use of groundwater resources capacity of some parts of Iran has had to follow. Consequence of this phenomenon, the land subsidence in some parts of the country is. Including areas that had suffered subsidence, Ghare-Bolagh plain in Fasa of Fars province is in this research as a case study. During recent years, land subsidence, has led to damage to facilities in this plain is particularly agriculture pomp stations. Unit hydrograph data and changes in the size of the water aquifer storage and evidence obtained by referring to statistical data, using Excel software were analyzed and field observations show that water level underground during the study period of 28.60 m and annual rate 2.38 meter drop every year is a reliable figure subsidence count rate is unity. In the other hand, 260 cm the level of groundwater decreased per year and 11.8 cm level plain Ghare-Bolagh is subsidence. Top remaining layer of metal rods deep wells, exploratory wells height rods sometimes by more than 1.5 meter during 11 years and horizontal and vertical fissures in building wall directly indicates the amount of surface subsidence is plain.

With respect to less distributed population per square K.M.2 relatively with a dominated type of Economical activities mainly based on agriculture during the past in Rural areas has already been changed and unbalanced activities in various periods of history from past to present. Therefore, present research is aimed to consider, Rural Activities on agricultural land use mainly annual & permanent cultivation and their effects, on Rural Spatial Development of Central District of Jahrom County. The results showed clearly, the role of rural activities on different varieties of Citrus & Dates cultivation is considerably more than any other rural activities in both years (1360-80). These two agricultural crops have been able to devote utmost lands under cultivation with highest Role & effects on Rural Spatial Development of Central District of Jahrom. Another results of this Research Showed clearly, Transportation & Roads Extension have had also very important role on Rural Spatial Development in Research area too, Where as, considerably of Rural Population & Settlements are concentrated along of Roads. Obviously, some obstacles & Problems, Like Shortages of water for Irrigation must also be under consideration for Rural spatial Development of Jahrom County.

Potentials of Human Bioclimatic Comfort in geographical area could helping to planning of Building and housing, Architectural patterns and using of natural attraction of Ecotourism. Biker is a model for recognition of Human Bioclimatic Comfort and for this research has used of this method.The result of this research has shown that Eastern area has more Comfortable from Western area. Ramsar has 4 month and Babolsar has 6 month and with distance from coastal area to ward plain this factor reduced. In all area has about 4 months warm conditions in summer and 3 months cold in winter.

Petrochemical cause that some gases and aerosol distribute in atmosphere, those gases include CO, CO2, SO2, NO2. if density of those gases is more than standard it will threat health of people. So one of the most problem in this field is distribution of this pollutants like SO2, NO2.Confine Case Study was Mahshahr especial Economic. Whereof zone include plurality more petrochemical. In order to information and result of measurement of pollutant resources and number of their distribution, this industrial unit (shahid Tondguyan) investigated as a one air pollutant industrial unit in this area.In this way distribution of pollutant gases with the Gaussian model did in 3 positions (transitory constant, inactive) and result of them prepared in from of table and cycloid. At the end some method will give in order to economical assessment for decreasing pollution in this field.

Sistan land has had an important rol in formation, development and civilization in civilized world .This has been more marked in the Middle East and Iran which the historical evidences are a good witness to this idea.The deep disaster will be clearer if you connect to the past of Sistan in the changes in Hirmand River and the good witness of Hamoon Lake. Sistan is the born place of Hirmand River and Hamoon Lake .A change in the level of water has affected the appearance of natural and provincial view of this region.By studying statistics of articles, books, and agencies, it is concluded that ofter Drought in 1378 on ward, sent the idea of Sistan as food storage to history which in 82-83 the planted area of wheat before drought from 6500 Hectars reaches to 4000 Hamoon Lake drought caused the  immigration of villagers whom were dependent on God s Gift. They lost more than 120000keals of cow before drought and came to Zabol and other cities of sistan which caused problems for cities and people. The results of drought caused by Hamoon made some changes in economy and society of sistan in a way that all statistice from before and after drought have prove this. In spite of this disaster the lovers of this region did not immigrate to other provinces and tolerated the situation through government services usage of Chah Nime water and as strong frontiers-men expect authorities to ful rill their desire or the water of Hirmand and change the employment pattern.The first part which was affected by this drought was fishing and after that fishing different kinds of fishes and the distribution were stopped inside and outside province. Agriculture weather changes and sand strom were the results of the drought.Weather changes and sand storms, entered water to Hamoon lake, in different several years, we can not rely on this water economy, because Hirmand had 9 droughts in last 30 years.In spite all these issues authorities should take a quick action in order to plan and change the farming pattern, negotiation with Afghanistan government regarding to rights of Iran for water and protection of chah Nimes to provide drinkable water for more than 4000000 population of Sistan to remove these barriers.
