Abstract

Every era of human life recognized by a special topic, this represents the activities of its era. The agricultural society, industrial society and informational society are titles which each have attributes to one of the human life parts. Daniel Bell believes that kind of JOBS which is more general represents its society. He claims that although there were plenty of agricultural forces in the societies before industry and in industrial societies JOBS changed into norm, and in post-industrial societies, the service replace it.Regarding this, it seems that the subjective representation of growth and development of science, knowledge and TECHNOLOGY displayed by JOBS area with greater emphasize. Because of this, manufacturing, productivity and capital increase which are all outcomes of JOBS determination the society’s constructs. Thus, studying the technical and technological aspects of works in today’s society and its effects on JOBS and people’s positions are very critical. So, it is important to know that what factors influence the work’s aspects changes and what were accelerating factors of these changes in the recent decades and why in some societies which the development trend is done incomplete, the changes of JOBS area confront the problems and how are the specifications of JOBS in the recent era and what is the effect of TECHNOLOGY on it? And what are the work’s conditions in Iran for the last decade? These are the main points which is tried to be discussed in this article.
