Abstract

“PLANNING” has been defined, conceived and designed the ideal situation and forecast ways and means that achieve its to enable, but PLANNING for PROGRAMMING in TELEVISION is a difficult and specialized process. In this condition, having a scientific and practical model for PLANNING is essential. In this study, answerd to this question that what characteristics should be have PLANNING for successful PROGRAMMING in TELEVISION. Research community consist management experts that familiar with the concepts of media and media pundits that had been familiar with the concept of management. In the base of qualitative method, Grounded Theory and with snowball sampling, thirty experts has been interviewed and PLANNING model for successful PROGRAMMING in TELEVISION is extracted. Emerge theory and model suggests that successful PROGRAMMING in TELEVISION has requires necessary background, creator conditions and adoption of appropriate strategies, although the role of confounding factors in this process do not should be covert out of sight.
