Abstract

Encourage public opinion to oppose or agree with the policy or programs was the most important tool in the hands of politicians in the last two centuries. World Public opinion is also a back for ENVIRONMENTal laws. power of public opinion shows itself in movements for protection of ENVIRONMENT.This paper has been attempted to emphasis' on influence of MEDIA on1960s student s movement on formation of meeting of people and ENVIRONMENT in1972 in Stockholm. The results show that the structure of the ENVIRONMENT and ENVIRONMENTal rights has been formed from deconstruction of modernity which has great role on construction of international ENVIRONMENTal laws.
