We are living, nowadays, in an atmosphere, fully surrounded by the data, generated by various media which can be said we are in the situation of media fulfillment. Such situation needs a media consuming program. To achieve such program, there is a need for media related education to all people particularly children and teenagers. Since the children, these days, have to face to the requirements of the information society, it is necessary for them to acquire the related abilities and skills in order to deal with such society. At this procedure, the education and training system has essential role because the children and teenagers fall among the most important, meanwhile, the most vulnerable part of the society. The education and training with considering the true needs can answer the equipments arisen by the new situations, and also adapt them.Making main reforms of education and training, according to the other countries’ experience, is considered as a fundamental improvement in the country. The system of education and training can make the students to effectively and usefully use the communication skills by creating and enforcing media skills.This research pays attention to the expert’s opinions, in the scope of education and training, regarding the necessity of media literacy teaching to the children and teenagers with the aims of offering such courses in schools as their curriculum.To offer communication technologies education is also another point which is paid attention to, in this regard. The research also studies the children and teenagers’ failure in their media literacy’s growth and role of education and training in teaching of media literacy to children and teenagers. In this regard, the research chooses some samples from the experts of this area and meanwhile uses the survey methodology along with filling in the related application forms. The results prove that those education and training experts who have a command of media and its applications, can better understand the media literacy.Another result of this research shows that, there is a meaning full link between being of the media literacy and not being of media literacy teaching in schools, so the students naturally will not familiar with it across the country. Consequently, for this reason the children and teenagers have not a good perception of media, itself, and also its clear and hidden aims.The connection between teaching of media literacy and purposefully using of it by children and teenagers is among the results of this research. This research, of course, indicates that the teaching of media literacy plays a main role in social development and civil participation of the members of the society.
