But it seems such urgency is not realized in advertising industry and our country responsible agents are satisfied to regulation which other carriers and industries have considered and other pretentions obtained from other countries regulation, while moral principle in cultural industries specially advertisement which has direct impact on society economy, it should be edited according to moral and human criterions. When advertisement industry have professional moral charter, products and service owners can present their goods and services more than before, also advertising producers can protect their masters benefit and society public profit as well and try to keep society cultural identity. In this article it has been attempted to analyze written professional moral principals’ necessity, professional moral charter and other intended index in order to publish this charter and indexes considered by critics and experts, Media’s attention rate to them, society view, professional morality promulgation and other issues are regarded too. The confirmed importance here is that professional morality is different from informing because the first one pay attention to moral principles application and its effects on science, viewpoints and behavioral method in addressed people and the second one is related to the information application or its nonuse which in intended, the first one is meant.

This survey has been carrid out to discover the effective factors on using students' journals by the 9th region Azad university students. The approach which we used was descriptive, exploratory, applied, profiling, measuring and has been used for 400 students of the 9th region which were chosen from all university branches by category sampling approach. Generally our finding index showed that %27.5 of the respondents never read these journals while most of %72.5 of the rest almost read these journals. On the other hand the results of testing theories represented that in general the factors related to papers i.e the people's attitude towards the journals strategy appearance and concept affect on students in reading journals but the role and concept influence of these journals are more than two other variances. Two other variances such as course of study and how they like reading which is related to the individual interest don’t have any effect on reading students' journals.

This article has tried to study the perceived influence of communicator word of mouth (WOM) on consumer's perception and behavior in selecting communicational technology productions' brand (mobile). This study is based on wangeheim and Bayon model and surveys the influence of similar, expert and credible communicator's recommendation on consumer's perception and behavior.This methodology was an experimental research on static group design, employed questionnaire among sample students in the high school and university. To analyze the data, descriptive and deductive statistics was used.Findings showed there is a meaningful difference between similar, expert and credible communicator and perceived influence of word of mouth, more over the relation between perceived influence from similar communicator's message and selection of suggested brand is weak relatively. The relation between perceived influence from expert and credible communicator's message and selection of suggested brand is medium. Since the based findings the finance/performance risk is high, tendency to act on expert and credible communicator's suggestions is more than similar communicator's suggestion.

We are living, nowadays, in an atmosphere, fully surrounded by the data, generated by various media which can be said we are in the situation of media fulfillment. The system of education and training can make the students to effectively and usefully use the communication skills by creating and enforcing media skills.This research pays attention to the expert’s opinions, in the scope of education and training, regarding the necessity of media literacy teaching to the children and teenagers with the aims of offering such courses in schools as their curriculum.To offer communication technologies education is also another point which is paid attention to, in this regard. The research also studies the children and teenagers’ failure in their media literacy’s growth and role of education and training in teaching of media literacy to children and teenagers. In this regard, the research chooses some samples from the experts of this area and meanwhile uses the survey methodology along with filling in the related application forms. The results prove that those education and training experts who have a command of media and its applications, can better understand the media literacy.Another result of this research shows that, there is a meaning full link between being of the media literacy and not being of media literacy teaching in schools, so the students naturally will not familiar with it across the country. Consequently, for this reason the children and teenagers have not a good perception of media, itself, and also its clear and hidden aims.The connection between teaching of media literacy and purposefully using of it by children and teenagers is among the results of this research. This research, of course, indicates that the teaching of media literacy plays a main role in social development and civil participation of the members of the society.

Media diplomacy is one of the tools that in the age of communications could be considered as a means of executing soft power and serving national interests. Therefore, employing media diplomacy by Iran as a regional power is of utmost importance. In this regard, reviewing Iran’s use of media diplomacy in Afghanistan after the collapse of the Taliban regime is an issue worth paying attention to. This article is an abstract of an applied research concerning Iranian media diplomacy in Afghanistan following the collapse of the Taliban regime.The purpose of this research is to examine the success of media diplomacy employed in Afghanistan with regard to issues such as Iran’s entry into the country's market, realizing Iran’s goals and interests in Afghanistan, and removing the threats posed by that country for Iran.In this research7 hypotheses are mentioned, two of which have been rejected and the other five have been proved. These hypotheses are rejected as followed: 1- Iran appears to have succeeded in attracting the Afghan audience towards her policies in Afghanistan; 2- It seems that Iran’s diplomatic system, through its media diplomacy, has succeeded in attracting Iranian’s investments.The other five main approved hypotheses, are: 1- Iran apparently lacks a proper media diplomacy in Afghanistan; 2- It seems that Iran has been unable to use the two countries’ common language to its full advantage in dispelling Afghanistan’s potential threats; 3- It appears that Iran’s media diplomacy has had no success in the appointment and selection of people favoring Iran’s and Afghanistan’s foreign policy; 4- Iran’s media diplomacy seemingly has been unsuccessful in attracting and encouraging Afghan media to reflect Iran’s views and outlook; 5- Iran’s media diplomacy apparently has had no success in underlining what Iran has done with regard to Afghanistan’s reconstruction, have been proved.The results of assessing statistical data generally show that Iran has not employed a suitable strategy in relation to her media diplomacy in Afghanistan. As a result Iran has not been able to use the present opportunities fully to serve her own interests.This is also true of providing of national security, because Iran has always been under threat from her Eastern neighbor and therefore her security is constantly challenged.Gathering the necessary information and the research data was accomplished by the use of a 20-question survey given to 50 experts, diplomats and reporters in the field of Afghanistan, and the results were analyzed through SPSS software.In the final part of this article some suggestions and guidelines based on the resulted sources and research findings are provided with the aim of improving media diplomacy, especially in Afghanistan.
