Abstract

With the advent of the Internet and learning in the nineties AD, like other areas of human resource management organizations affected by this phenomenon was high. The electronic management of human resources managers and support staff in performing their regular duties, process changes and organizational changes to facilitate that. In this paper, in order to explain the impact of new technologies of information on human resource management students in the field of communications, Islamic Azad University, Tehran East poll taken after the test of the hypothesis results are presented. Tdadazay statistical population in this study, approximately 200 people and the availability of information, the entire population without sampling of the data collection methods, field methods and data analysis using both the descriptive and inferential statistics are given The results shows that the use of MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, human resources management and development of electronic Tehran Azad University East, there is a significant relationship.
