Abstract

One of the concerns of experts in the complicated path of GLOBALIZATION is the fate of CULTURE and cultural consequences of GLOBALIZATION. Today with the increasing expansion of MEDIA and MEDIA institutions, especially the print MEDIA that dominated the people's mind and put the necessary information for making their actions and behaviors has become a powerful tool to govern the global societies. During the last few years, these means had a power to convergence diverse CULTUREs within a country and comply it with national CULTURE. But with the process of GLOBALIZATION, it could cause to cultural failure if they are not in the world's MEDIA management standards.One of the main and important factors regarding the MEDIA's effects in CULTUREs in the GLOBALIZATION process is the malfunctioning of MEDIA men. So, it is necessary to have a number of basic and applied researches that can cover defects and shortcomings. Therefore, this paper is to study the MEDIA men's viewpoint on Press Effectiveness in Maintaining CULTURE.
