Abstract

The importance of TOURISM in socio-economic development of countries is obvious. Economists refer to it as an invisible industry. TOURISM is considered as the key factor in economic growth in both developed and developing countries. This article focuses on the development of TOURISM in KABUDARAHANG according to the capabilities and limitations of TOURISM sector, and provides appropriate solutions to develop TOURISM industry in the area under study. Hence, the objective of the study is cross-sectional. The data needed for the study were gathered through library studies and surveys. To provide strategies and solutions on the basis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the SWOT analysis model was used.
