Abstract

tourism activities, due to the emphasis on community participation, attention to social and cultural issues and environmental issues, have a deep link with sustainable development; regional development is one of the most effective roles of these types of activities. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to explain the factors influencing tourism development using a balanced scorecard technique. The statistical population of this research is the members of the board of directors, shareholders, employees and customers of tourism units in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province including Koohrang, Beheshtakad, Rostam Abad, and Shahr-e-Kord. The sampling method is full and data are collected using two questionnaires during this year. To investigate the factors affecting the development of indigenous communities in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, the researchers used the methodology of the balanced scorecard, This technique is a relatively new tool and is a valuable alternative to previous approaches to tourism analysis which is based on four financial components, customers, internal processes, learning and growth, and measuring the factors affecting tourism growth. The results of the research were analyzed using PLS Smart software. It can be inferred from the obtained results that there is a significant relationship between financial indicators, customers, internal processes, learning, growth and indoors.
