Abstract

Some-e-Sara has a good tourist position due to its potential and attractions. Also, the geographic location of the city is such that travelers who want to go to Astara and some other cities in the area have to go through Some-e-Sara. Therefore, the geographic location of the city is also a golden opportunity for tourism development. In this regard, the main purpose of this research is to identify the key factors in the sustainable development of tourism in this city. In fact, it was tried to identify effective factors using the experts' opinions. The method of the study was interaction analysis in which the key factors were chosen as the driving forces. In this regard, 27 factors were identified. Then, using the interaction method in the MICC software, a factor analysis was performed by experts. According to studies on sustainable tourism development in the city of Some-e-Sara, a total of eight factors were selected as the key factors. In this regard, factors such as marketing and advertising, cost of living, service quality, management and coordination of organizations and the regional transport network can be mentioned.
