Abstract

problem of the CHILDREN that living in PRISON with their mothers cause another problems. For decreasing the psychological pathologies of the mother and the kid, the world laws and Iran s laws let to these CHILDREN that live around 2-6 years with their mothers in PRISON. But, do the PRISON could offer suitable facilities for rising of these CHILDREN? Which situation would have these CHILDREN? This qualitative research using the deep interview tries to study the CONDITION in PRISON CHILDREN. The samples are two informed person who know the situation of these CHILDREN and three mothers that were in PRISON with their kids. Life CONDITIONs like: food, the games, the training tools and the recreational facilities are not suitable for these CHILDREN. The findings of this study shows that they lack enough love, attention and affection and have tendency toward the other groups than their family. The least work that could be done and anticipated in our laws is building a kindergarten for these CHILDREN in the PRISON.
