Abstract

Stressing that the consequences of today's social, economic, legal and penal population inflation and overcrowding in prisons, the issue has turned into the most complex challenges in the criminal justice system, the pre-tria detention, one of the main factors is the increase in the penal population it is, in a way that almost a quarter of the total population of prisoners in Iran and the world are the accused arrested.
