Abstract

This research study was aimed at finding relationship between PARTICIPATION in managerial decision- making and the MATURITY of FACULTY MEMBERS. Data were collected using two separate questionnaires on PARTICIPATION in managerial decision-making and MATURITY level of academic staff.Results revealed a positive relation between PARTICIPATION of FACULTY MEMBERS in MANAGERIAL DECISION MAKING and their MATURITY level.
