Abstract

One of the ways to access urban sustainable development, gathering equipments and services needs for citizens that are settlements in urban quarters. In this research 14 urban quarters of abadeh city tested in order to measurement amount of access of persons who are settlement in it’s, to present needs services and equipments. In one stage gathered present soak for one of the person from services land uses from map with DWG format on 1:10000 scale, so tested every quarters in order amount of access to services & equipments and its results shows urban quarters in five section in order access to services. Survey resolute from amount of accessibility abadeh urban quarters to urban services and equipments shows that high different are between urban quarters to accessibility of urban services and equipments. That very different are between the poorest (tol asiab) and richest quarters. Ranking of urban quarters is in form that 3 quarters (saadi, bafte ghadim & mahmud abad) are in highest development level, esteghlal sharghi & bafte markazi are in high development level, hemat ababd, esteghlale gharbi, fatemie & seidan are in median level and finally tol asiab quarter Is in low development level that is poorest level.
