Abstract

Assessment of the distribution of the balance in the relationship between urban amenities to bed is essential. The basic constituent of matter that makes u\, "the distribution of services and facilities in the metropolitan area the city" is. To address these problem, as different methods of data collection, documentation, library and athletics and in the analysis and judgments used in the data analysis and NUMERICAL TAXONOMY has been enjoying. Using these methods, the first 60 index, which 35 of them assessed using a questionnaire, and 25 as well as the information and documents referred to government agencies in the city of Shiraz were collected, checked and then using FACTOR ANALYSIS data A total of 15 factors or hidden index is derived. Taxonomy analysis of the findings in this study indicate that the cultural and historical context of border zones of South, East and northeast of Shiraz has a low level of DEVELOPMENT between different areas of the city and there is a huge difference in terms of DEVELOPMENT. According to the study, based on three factors can greatly reduce the differences in DEVELOPMENT of these three factors are as follows: the first factor, the accessibility to sports and health infrastructure devices (such as clinics and hospitals) and the economy (such as banks). Second, family welfare component, such as income, employment and empowerment of families with the help of supportive institutions and the third factor, the quality of urban infrastructure such as asphalt and water.
