Abstract

Old Testament writes that the man forgot obligation and commitment to his creator for a while and lost the paradise as divine place for vicinity and mercy of the Lord and took the departure journey. However, the almighty God forgave him and placed him in an intact and pure land and did not consent on his vagrancy. Now due to different reasons, some people leave their land and live homeless in the continents. Vagrancy due to global climate change is one of the exemplars of mass immigration enhancement which their resettlement has been converted to an international challenge. This research aimed at investigating the problems of climate change immigration and assessment of the international law regulations in resettlement of the climate change immigration. The research methodology was documentary and secondary analysis patterns and at the end the efficiency of the implementation of these measures was investigated by feasibility study relaying on the achievements. The findings show that, the world countries and international association should pay attention to the resettlement of the climate change immigrants as an opportunity and not as a threat and employ mild legal solutions in comparison to other refugees to prevent exponential increase of the environmental immigrants and refugees and their legal and practical uncertainty.
