Abstract

The present research investigates the relationship between MEDIA consumption and behavior disorders of high school students in Maraghe.The data is collected by questionnaire and in order to analyze the data Pearson correlation coefficient, one way analysis of variance and T-test were used. The research findings show that there is a meaningful relationship between dependent variable (behavioral disorders) and independent variables including the rate of MEDIA consumption such as satellite programs, internet http, internet games and different kinds of MEDIA like internet http, internet games, cinema, newspaper, magazine, book as well as the residential area. Also, there is not meaningful relationship between dependent variable and independent variables including the rate of MEDIA consumption like T.V. programs, radio, cinema, newspaper, magazine and book.It is conclude that there is a relationship between MEDIA consumption and behavior disorders.
