Abstract

The aim of this study was to study the relationship between PERSONALITY TRAITs, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and ANTI-PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOURs. The sample consisted of 58 personnel of three dairy factories in Shiraz. Three questionnaires namely Neo personal characteristics, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and ANTI-PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR questionnaires have used for data collecting .The finding showed that there was a significant relationship between ANTI-PRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.
